Herxing die off

Can you use silver to keep from experiencing herxheimer reaction while doing a cleanse? I am planning a parasite cleanse and would like to NOT have a bad reaction to get thru. Any help would be appreciated.

I think the silver will kill any parasites without doing a cleanse.
