I have been taking Meso Silver, Gold and Copper for close to 2 years now and have noticed a vast improvement in my skin. I am taking 1 teaspoon internally per day of each colloid. A 250 ml bottle (small bottle) of each lasts for about 2 months at this rate. There have been many other benfits as well. I haven't had a cold (zip, nada, zilch) in the last 2 years due to the Silver. I have more energy and just generally feel better and more alert than I have in a long time. I also sleep better and feel completely rested afterwards.

I’ve been using the Mesocopper spray for about 5 or 6 months. I spray it on my face after a hot shower and let it dry before applying moisturizer.
